Especially with the summer months coming up this is very useful
Over here in the UK we don’t get much summer lol
But still important to know this because it can get hot
My Cat loves sleeping in the shade in our back garden all stretched out
He takes advantage of the sun as soon as it comes out!

Wet food is a great way to get cats to take in more water. I’ll sometimes add a bit of extra water for more hydration. Stay cool, you guys!

My cats love to lay out on the balcony and soak up the sun during the summer. I’ve learned that I have to bring them in and make them cool off from time to time because they don’t always know how hot they are. Offering wet food helps a lot because cats prefer to take in water through food intake.

We have water outside in several places. And we often rub them with a cool wash cloth or pour lukewarm warmer over their backs to cool them off. They love it. When it pushes really hot, they stay indoors.
