My husband uses Cremo stuff sometimes. 🙂 He will typically use the beard wash. Thank you for the suggestions!

I came across your website when I was looking to find ways to use excess cat hair from my darling fluffy moggie – for which, grateful thanks. Have passed the link on to a few people who, like me, wish to recycle and find new ways to utilise what we already have – instead of always having to buy new stuff – most of which nowadays comes with a ‘built-in obsolescence button’.

That’s a very clever solution! Unfortunately, I can’t risk her accidentally ingesting it because she has IBS (we had a VERY costly hospital bill from this), but I can see this being an excellent solution for other cat parents. 🙂

Pamela, I am so sorry to hear of your experience with this litter. Definitely sounds like it isn’t the right litter for your cat. If your cat is still experiencing concerning symptoms, please get him or her into the vet! Leaving issues untreated can be a dangerous gamble, and it’s not one I would recommend taking with your cat. I hope your kitty feels better!

FEBREZE IS EVIL and SHOULD NOT BE PUT IN CAT LITTER. TWICE OVER HAS IT POISONED MY CAT and CAUSED RESPIRATORY ISSUES ONLY AFTER ONE WEEK. IF I GAD NOT STOPPED USE, TWICE OVER MY CAT WOULD BE DEAD 😭.

First time was the Charcoal Febreze Fresh Step and that stuff would gather between my cat’s paws in a wet icky mess and the charcoal stained everything. This made my cat extremely ill.
I stopped use after some short time and went with World’s Best Cat Litter Lavender. Amazing stuff, though do not like the unscented at all.

Six months later, was tight on money and thought would go with Fresh Step Febreze for just a time and my cat is drastically affected in which if I’d not intervened with the removal of this cat litter, I know my cat would have died. As he is now not getting any worse even after one day, he is still revealing concerning symptoms that I pray in Jesus Name for him to completely pull through from and back into prosperous health!!
